Studio Services and Terms

We do offer in studio cut and colour services as qualified hairdressers.

If you would like to book an appointment please email of text for further information.

We recommend any bride for hair for their wedding colour or guest for an important event, your first appointment be 6 months prior to the event. We love what we do and looking at how we can design a colour to compliment your hair style.

 

Please be aware of our terms and conditions for studio appointments for trials, formals, weddings and colour and cut clientele. This is to ensure all our guests have professional, quality and timely service;
 

  • Please be on time for your appointment. More than 10mins late may result in appointment being cancelled and full fee charged. Payment of invoice due prior to next appointment being scheduled.

  • Cancellations without 7 days notice are at full service fee and will be sent via invoice. This is due prior to your next appointment being made or next rebooked service to be completed.

  • Due to current salon scheduling if you require to change an appointment longer wait times may apply. 

  • If you remove services on the day of your appointment you may be charged full fee if not organised in advance eg. Colour and cut turns into just cut

  • If you are more than 10 minutes early for your early morning appointment please text me and wait in your car.

  • For hair trials please ensure you refer to your invoice and check all details including location.

  • For wedding hair trials and formals please refer to terms and conditions on how to prepare hair. Any questions please email or text us.

  • Please be aware all our trials are at our studio.

  • Payments can be made on the day of appointment by cash/ eftpos/ bank transfer

  • Please park your vehicle on one side of the driveway or on our side of the road for safety and to be respectful to neighbours.

  • All pricing is confirmed at your appointment and can be quoted prior to service on request.

  • Price rise to studio cut and colour services effective 20/04/2026
